The recently acquired Orange Digital Services, a digital marketing agency based in Brisbane, Australia is eyeing up North to PNG market for a future venture into the digital market space.
Brian Bell Group Limited acquired the business back in July 2021, and is now fully in operations with its services continued in the Australian market.
Group chief executive officer Cameron Mackellar in response to queries stated they are looking to provide Orange Digital services in PNG over time as well as continuing their growth platform in Australia.
He said like any acquisition it takes a little time to settle the business down and properly imbed Orange into their group.
“We couldn’t be happier with the acquisition and in particular all of the team in Orange Digital. They have been very receptive and eager to be part of a larger organisation,” he said.
“We purchased Orange Digital as a going concern, so nothing much really changes for them, other than being owned by a proud PNG company these days.”
Mr Mackellar said they have lots of great customers who are very committed and have enormous potential with their digital capabilities and technology focus on applications. We will look to provide Orange Digital services here in PNG over time as well as continuing their growth platform in Australia.
“Given the pandemic has been going now for more than two years, everything we do these days has a lens of Covid attached. We are extremely confident in Orange and these ventures are always with a longer-term play at stake,” he said.
“No business has been spared from Covid-19 and Orange has adopted many of the same protocols we have in place here in PNG.”
Orange Digital Services is a Brisbane based digital marketing agency taking on the world with cracking web design, development, apps, videos and social media.
